A limited number of chairs & blankets will be available for participants to use during the session. Pre-registering will insure your comfort. Some work will be done on the floor. If you require more than a thin blanket you may want to bring something to lie on.
Bring a journal for taking notes, a bandana or other eye covering and a rattle or drum to participate in calling in the directions.
And as always be sure to bring your humor and an open mind.
